This Refund and Return Policy is fully aligned with Printify and our print provider, Monsters Digital, to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to the principles of print-on-demand services. Order Issues
If you experience any of the following issues with your order:
- The product arrives damaged
- There are misprints or defects
- The item differs significantly from the design or description

Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements are offered under these circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Product Received: If the product delivered is different from what was ordered.
- Printing Errors: If there are errors in printing, such as incorrect designs, colors, or placement.
Conditions:
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery.
- Sufficient evidence, including photos, is required for the claim to be processed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following scenarios:
- Change of Mind: All items are custom-made; therefore, returns for change of mind cannot be processed.
- Incorrect Address Provided: Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
- Sizing Issues: Ensure you carefully review the size chart before placing your order. Refunds or replacements are not available for sizing errors unless the size differs from what was ordered.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted. If a return is approved, detailed instructions will be provided for returning the item. Note that shipping costs for returns may not be covered.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this timeframe, the order is sent into production and cannot be altered or canceled.
Processing Time for Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
